Documentation FAQs

Common questions from B2B buyers about ingredient documentation.

For botanical extracts, buyers should request Certificate of Analysis (COA) showing active compound content and identity testing, Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS), allergen statement, pesticide residue testing results, heavy metals report, and any standardisation documentation. AICHENGFU can provide these documents depending on product, grade and batch.

For peptide ingredients like collagen, buyers should request COA showing molecular weight distribution, protein content, hydroxyproline content (for collagen), heavy metals, microbiological limits, and allergen statement (especially fish allergen for marine collagen). TDS and MSDS should also be requested.

AICHENGFU provides documentation to support buyers in conducting their own due diligence and regulatory assessment. Buyers are responsible for verifying compliance with their target market regulations. AICHENGFU does not warrant regulatory approval in any specific market but can advise on typical documentation requirements.

HALAL and KOSHER certification availability depends on the specific product and manufacturing source. Many of our marine collagen and plant-based ingredients come from HALAL and KOSHER certified production facilities. Please specify your certification requirements when requesting a quote.
